Cheesecakes are a wonderful dessert. They have been around for centuries, eaten in ancient Greece for athletic competitions, and in Rome for religious purposes. At L’Arte, since day one, we have always offered an ever changing variety of cheesecakes, simply for your dining pleasure. Our Italian cheesecakes are based with ricotta cheese, Sicilian imported ricotta, mascarpone cheese and cream cheese in different combinations. We then add sugar, fresh eggs and the various flavors that we believe best represent Italian flavor combinations, like candied fruits imported from Italy, Italian liquors, Gianduja chocolate, just like in ancient Rome but using the modern and contemporary baking techniques!
ITALIANA ALLA RICOTTA CHEESECAKE
Our authentic ricotta cheesecake is baked in a pasta frolla shell, using sicilian ricotta instead of cream cheese and italian imported candied oranges. It is soft and creamy inside with a crunchy crust and is topped with fresh seasonal fruit.
LIMONCELLO
Cream cheese based lemon cheesecake, limoncello liquor, caramelized sugar and vanilla cookie crust.
VANIGLIA
Cream cheese based vanilla cheesecake, bourbon liquor fresh fruit and chocolate cookie crust.
GIANDUJA
Cream cheese based chocolate/ hazelnut cheesecake, with gianduja and chocolate cookie crust.
