Chef Andrea brings to you the essence of his traditional Sicilian flavors in his hand rolled biscotti (cookies) and cantucci. Cantucci, are twice-baked, oblong-shaped, crunchy, cookies originated in Tuscany in the city of Prato. These cantucci are often dipped in a drink, traditionally Vin Santo, (“holy wine”) an Italian style dessert wine.

Fiocco di neve al Limone ~ Sicilian lemon “snowflake” baked with almond flour lemon zest and lemon juice

Pistacchietti Siciliani ~ Traditional Sicilian cookies baked with almond and pistachio flour and rolled in chopped pistachios

Dolce Savoia ~ Traditional southern Sicilian cookie (from chef Andrea’s town Ragusa) baked with chocolate and spices with a filling of toasted almonds and cranberry jam

Cantucci al Pistacchio ~ Pistachio biscotti baked with pignolis, dates and Amaretto liqueur
