Chef Andrea has combined delicious ingredients and Tuscany flavors that define this iconic Italian region in his hand rolled cantucci and biscotti (cookies). Cantucci, are twice-baked, oblong-shaped, crunchy, cookie originated in Tuscany in the city of Prato. These cantucci are often dipped in a drink, traditionally Vin Santo, (“holy wine”) an Italian style dessert wine.
